2. Product Authenticity & Handcrafted Nature

  • Silver Purity: All jewellery labeled as "925 Silver" or "Sterling Silver" is guaranteed to contain at least 92.5% pure silver.

  • Artisanal Variations: Because our pieces are "Soulful" and often hand-finished, minor variations in texture, polish, and stone setting may occur. These are not flaws but signs of unique craftsmanship.

  • Weight: All weights provided (e.g.,  2.8g) are approximate and may vary slightly based on ring size or hand-finishing processes.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Tarasya reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice due to fluctuations in the precious metal market.

  • Orders are only processed once payment is successfully authorized.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Timeline: We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

  • Packaging: Every order includes our signature "Soul-Box" packaging.

  • Loss/Damage: Tarasya is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will assist in tracking and resolving issues to the best of our ability.

5. Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.

  • Non-Returnable: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.

  • Refunds: Once the quality check is complete, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

6. Care & Maintenance

Tarasya provides a "Care Guide" for all silver jewellery. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, such as exposure to harsh chemicals (perfumes, chlorine, bleach) or physical accidental damage.

7. Intellectual Property

The Tarasya logo, lotus motif, product photography, and website content are the sole property of Tarasya. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tarasya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
