Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
  • In-Stock Items: All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

  • Made-to-Order: For personalized or out-of-stock pieces, please allow 10–14 business days for our artisans to craft your jewellery before dispatch.

  • Confirmation: You will receive a soulful confirmation via email/SMS once your order is on its way, including a dedicated tracking link.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)
  • Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, orders typically reach metro cities within 2–4 business days and other regions within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping Charges: * FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

    • A flat shipping fee of ₹90 applies to orders below ₹999.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select pin codes with an additional convenience fee of ₹100.

3. International Shipping
  • Destinations: We proudly ship the "Soul of India" to over 20 countries (USA, UK, UAE, Australia, etc.).

  • Timeline: International deliveries typically take 7–15 business days depending on customs clearance in the destination country.

  • Duties & Taxes: Any import duties, VAT, or local taxes are to be borne by the recipient at the time of delivery. These are determined by your local customs authority.

4. Secure Packaging & Insurance
  • Tamper-Proof: Your jewellery is nestled in our signature "Soul-Box" and shipped in a secure, tamper-evident outer package.

  • Insurance: Every Tarasya shipment is fully insured during transit until it reaches your doorstep.

  • Unboxing Policy: For your security, we highly recommend recording a 360-degree unboxing video. This helps us resolve any rare claims regarding transit damage or missing items instantly.

5. Important Notes
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are 100% accurate. Tarasya is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect details.

  • ID Verification: For high-value orders, our courier partner may request a valid Govt. ID proof (Aadhaar/PAN) at the time of delivery to ensure the package reaches the right hands.
